At Daphne Malta, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, you may return it in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale.
2. How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@daphnemalta.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Pack the Items: Ensure the items are securely packed in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- Follow Our Return Instructions: You will receive detailed instructions by email on how to return your items.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely. Daphne Malta is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Important Refund Information:
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, we may issue a partial refund or decline the refund entirely.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges if you need to replace your item for a different size. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@daphnemalta.com and follow the return process outlined above.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often a processing period before refunds are posted.

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced and sale items may be refunded. Final Sale items cannot be refunded.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during the purchase process, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
8. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided in our return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an expensive item, you may want to consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
9. Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@daphnemalta.com. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the fault.
We will offer a replacement or refund, including any applicable delivery charges, for faulty items.
